Project Pilot
We were requested to create a distinctive gift for a world war 2 RAF Fighter Pilot celebrating a milestone late nineties age group birthday.

Using background information we gleaned from conversations with the commissioning client we incorporated visual aspects that would speak directly to his formative RAF experiences and stimulate memories of places and people.
​
For Example we sourced photographs of one of the locations where he served overseas, one of the exact types of aircraft he flew in and augmented this with a Poem written by a World War 2 Fighter Pilot that described the sensations of flight in a high performance aircraft.
​
The gift was presented in a free-standing box frame embossed with personalised name and greeting lettering.
